All products sold on our platform are 100% genuine and sourced from authorised distributors and brand partners.

- Product availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed. If a product becomes out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

6. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Acceptance of your order occurs when it is dispatched and a dispatch confirmation is sent to you.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, product availability, logistics partner operations, and other external factors.

Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days - Free on orders above ₹1000
Express Delivery: 1–3 business days - Additional charges apply
Remote/Rural Areas: 7–14 business days - Charges may vary

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Delivery timelines may be affected by public holidays, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address provided by you, absence of the recipient, or refusal of delivery, re-delivery charges may apply. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of ordering.

8. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at destore024@gmail.com or calling us at +91 8484006936. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our Returns & Refunds process.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if:

- The product is found to be out of stock after the order was placed.
- A pricing or listing error is identified.
- We suspect the order is fraudulent or violates these terms.
- Payment is not received or is reversed.

In all cases where we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

- Products received in a damaged or defective condition.
- Products that are different from what was ordered (wrong item delivered).
- Products with missing components or accessories as listed on the product page.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products returned without original packaging, price tags, or purchase invoice.
- Hygiene-sensitive products such as lip care, kajal, mascara, earrings, and similar items, once the seal is broken or the product is used.
- Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or non-returnable promotional events.
- Return requests raised after 7 days from the date of delivery.

HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST:

Email us at destore024@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Do not return any product before receiving written confirmation from us.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is approved, inspected, and received by us, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Durga Emporium / DE Store is committed to selling only 100% genuine and authentic products. All products on our platform are sourced directly from authorised brand distributors, official brand importers, or brand-authorised wholesalers.

We do not sell:

- Products with tampered, removed, or altered batch codes or MRP labels.
- Expired products or products close to expiry without disclosure.
- Unauthorised imports or parallel imports.
