Everything you need to know about placing, tracking, and managing your orders at Durga Emporium.

Placing an Order

Browse products, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email instantly.

Yes, guest checkout is available. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access order history easily.

No minimum order value. However, free shipping applies on orders above ₹1000.

Order Status

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website, or log in to your DE Store account at destore.co.in and go to My Orders to see real-time status updates.

Order confirmation is sent to your registered email and phone number within a few minutes of successful payment. If you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@durgaemporium.in.

"Processing" means we have received your order and our warehouse team is picking and packing your items. This typically takes 1–2 business days. Once packed, the status will update to "Dispatched" and you'll receive your tracking details.

First, check with neighbours or your building security, as the package may have been handed to someone nearby. If it is still not found within 24 hours of the delivery update, please contact us at +91 9371211083 (Mon – Sat, 11 am –7 pm) or email us so we can raise a query with the courier partner on your behalf.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Modifications (address, quantity) are possible within 12 hours of placing the order, before it is packed.

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@durgaemporium.in or calling us at +91 93712 11083. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our Returns & Refunds process.

Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
