Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The return request is raised within 7 days of the delivery date
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original condition
- All original packaging, seals, and labels are intact and undamaged
- A valid Order ID or invoice is provided as proof of purchase
- The item was purchased directly on destore.co.in
- Supporting photographs or video are shared in case of defect, damage, or wrong item.
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are non-returnable: opened skincare/haircare products, used makeup items (lipsticks, mascaras, eyeliners once opened), intimate hygiene products, and items marked as Final Sale.
Email info@destore.co.in with your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the product. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with pickup details.
Authenticity & Quality
Durga Emporium has been a trusted name since 1979 and sources products directly from brand distributors. All products carry original brand packaging, batch codes, and MRP labels. No duplicates or grey-market products, ever.
Contact us immediately at info@destore.co.in with photos and your order ID. We take authenticity very seriously and will investigate and resolve within 48 hours with a full refund if confirmed.
