Payment Methods

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes.

Yes! There is a coupon code field in the cart. Enter your code and click Apply before proceeding to checkout.

COD is available for most Indian pin codes. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm availability for your area.

Payment Issues

This is typically a temporary hold by your bank or payment gateway. If the amount is not reversed within 5–7 business days, email us at info@destore.co.in with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it promptly.

Common reasons include incorrect card details, insufficient balance, daily transaction limits, or bank-level restrictions. Try a different payment method or contact your bank.

Absolutely. All transactions are processed through secure, SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We never store your card details.

Refunds

Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI and wallet refunds are usually faster (2–3 days).
