Delivery Areas & Charges

We deliver across all states and union territories within India. We currently do not offer international shipping.

We ship to most pin codes across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability for your area.

Standard shipping is free on all orders above ₹1000 within India. A nominal fee applies for orders below ₹1000, shown at checkout.

Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Tier 2/3 cities: 5–8 business days. Remote areas: 7–12 business days.

Express delivery is available for select pin codes at an extra charge. Same-day delivery is available in Nagpur.

Check your tracking link first. If no movement for 3+ days, call +91 9371211083 or email info@destore.co.in with your order ID.

Photograph the package before opening and email us within 24 hours at info@destore.co.in with photos and your order ID.

We will investigate with our courier partner and offer a full replacement or refund within 7–10 business days if confirmed lost.
